Hi-Ya there, I’m Jenn!

If you’ve made it here, I’m guessing you already know the basics — I’m Jenn, your traveling Indiana and Cincinnati wedding and elopement photographer, mama, wife, pediatric nurse, and loyal Friends fanatic. (“How you doin’?”) But here’s where we get a little deeper…

Photography is how I hold onto the wild, beautiful, ordinary moments that somehow end up meaning the most.

Before photography, nursing taught me how to really see people. I’ve spent years working as a pediatric nurse, including years traveling around the country caring for tiny humans and the people who love them most. I’ve been invited into some of life’s most vulnerable chapters — the joyful ones, the heartbreaking ones, and all the messy in-between.

And now, becoming a mom to the most precious little girl has made all of that feel even bigger.

Motherhood has given me an entirely new appreciation for how quickly life changes. I’m learning firsthand how badly you want to bottle up the tiniest things — little fingers wrapped around yours, sleepy stretches, the expressions you swear you’ll never forget. It’s made me even more sentimental about documenting life exactly as it is, because someday the ordinary moments we're living right now will be the ones we miss the most.

Maybe that’s why I’m always watching for the moments between the moments.

The nervous hand squeeze before the ceremony. Your mom quietly wiping away a tear. The wind messing up the hair we just spent twenty minutes fixing. The kind of laughter that makes you forget there’s a camera pointed at you.

That’s the good stuff.

My approach is simple: real moments over perfect poses. I’m not here to turn your story into a Pinterest checklist or give you a gallery that could belong to anyone else. I want the wild laughter, unexpected tears, quiet glances, windblown hair, and wonderfully imperfect pieces that make it unmistakably yours.

My work is warm, earthy, a little moody, and deeply nostalgic. I want your photographs to do more than show you what everything looked like — I want them to pull you right back into what it felt like.

When I’m not behind the camera, life is usually a mix of motherhood, nursing, and whatever creative rabbit hole I’ve fallen into that week. You’ll probably find me exploring a National Park with my husband, Ben, cuddled up with our daughter and German Shepherds, making something with my hands, or rewatching Harry Potter for approximately the thousandth time.

I’m equal parts introverted observer and chaotic hype girl. I’ll give you space when a moment needs to unfold, jump in when you need direction, fix your hair when the wind has other plans, and probably tear up behind my camera during your vows.

Nursing keeps me grounded. Motherhood reminds me just how fleeting it all is. And photography gives me a way to hold onto a tiny piece of it.

So when you trust me with your story, I don’t take that lightly. I want to give you photographs that someday remind you of more than how everything looked.

I want you to remember how it felt.
